Town

Town is celebrated chef Stevie Parle’s new opening in Drury Lane, central London. The restaurant brings together spectacular design, regenerative-sourced cuisine and theatrical hospitality in the heart of the West End.

Glossy burgundy walls, a bold neon-green kitchen arch, lava-stone countertops, sapele wood bar and ambient coffered ceiling lighting create a space that is equal parts stylish lounge and bustling restaurant. Ingredients are sourced directly from farmers the chefs know and trust and include 100% grass-fed beef from Andy Cato’s Wildfarmed Oxfordshire herd.

Parle describes Town as “the biggest, most ambitious project I’ve ever done, designed to help you forget the day-to-day and to remember how good things can be when food, music and good people come together in the right room”.
