Kung Fu Mama
Ottolenghi Group co-founder and DECON client Noam Bar has joined forces with Chris Hsu, the founder of the Kung Fu Mama retail brand, to create this Taiwanese noodle bar in the heart of Covent Garden.
On the menu: authentic sun-dried Taiwanese noodles with a selection of sauces, bao sandwiches and accompaniments.
The compact site has nine covers inside, and four outside. Materials have been selected for their tactile qualities and to lend an informal feel, with shelving installed to give customers the chance to shop the brand’s retail range alongside their food-for-now and to maximise the value of every square foot of this prime central London location.
