Founded in Copenhagen in 2002, Joe & the Juice has grown into an international lifestyle brand, blending a health-conscious menu with a distinctive, urban energy. With over 400 stores globally, the brand is currently focusing on expanding its presence in London’s most dynamic locations.
DECON is acting as project management and cost consultants to deliver new UK sites on an ongoing basis as part of Joe & the Juice’s rollout programme. Our brief includes coordinating fit-outs at high-footfall, high-profile retail and environments such as Coal Drops Yard and Bristol’s Cabot Circus as well as new residential districts like London’s Elephant Park, maintaining the brand’s signature aesthetic while ensuring efficiency and cost control across every build.
Working collaboratively with the client and design teams, we oversee projects from start to finish, balancing brand consistency with bespoke local elements. Each store reflects Joe & the Juice’s commitment to creating vibrant, social spaces, where design, functionality and atmosphere come together seamlessly to serve the modern, on-the-go, health-focused customer.
