Project Manager

  • We’re on the look out for experienced, client side construction Project Managers ’s to join our rapidly expanding consultancy business to manage new site delivery in the retail & hospitality sectors. Ideally 5 yrs + experience in a similar environment. F&B experience a must!

Project Coordinator

  • As an Associate Director Project Manager at MPM, you’ll play a key role in our Project Management team working alongside industry experts. 

    This role will be based from our Manchester Office.  

    Cost consultancy and management involves budgeting, cost estimation, financial planning, value engineering, risk assessment, cost control, contract management, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

    • 2-3+ years of experience at Associate Director level

    • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry at a consultancy. 

      Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Project Management or a related field (this is not a must).

    • Hands-On Approach: This is not a role for ‘armchair project managers’. We need someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up, lead by example, and actively contribute to project success.

    • Construction Development Experience

    • Ambitious mindset with a track record of driving successful project outcomes.
